Dental websites lose patients silently. An anxious visitor lands at 9 PM with a toothache and three questions: do you treat this, what does it roughly cost, and can I get in soon? Most clinic sites answer none of them, so the visitor closes the tab and calls whoever ranks next. The brief: a site where every one of those questions gets answered in the first thirty seconds, and booking never depends on office hours.
